Mina Wise
Partner
Founder and managing partner of Tax Wise, Mina has more than 22 years experience in accounting, audit, and tax compliance and planning for individuals, small businesses, and large corporations. Mina began her career in state and local taxation for 13 years, and specializes in multistate consulting. Prior to forming Tax Wise, Mina spent four years with a Big Four public accounting firm working as a Tax Manager, over four years in the private sector at a Fortune 500 company, and five years with the Ohio Department of Taxation as an auditor. Mina is also former franchisee of Liberty Tax Service.

Mina has provided consulting services to a wide variety of clients in many different industries including retail, real-estate, travel and leisure, manufacturing, energy, oil and gas, technology, financial services, distributors, and health care services, etc. Mina has advised clients on multistate sales and use tax, property tax, personal and corporate income tax, business formation and licensing, as well as bookkeeping, payroll and accounting functions for small businesses. Mina assists resident and non-resident aliens, and taxpayers of foreign nations to obtain ITIN numbers.

Mina received her Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from Kent State University and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is a Certified Acceptance Agent and Annual Filing Season Program Participant with the IRS as well as a Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor. Mina was previously a Certified Member of the Institute (CMI) – Sales Tax and is an inactive member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation.
Hossain Danesh-Pajooh
Partner
Founder and managing partner of Tax Wise, Hossain has more than 40 years experience in accounting, audit, and tax compliance and planning for individuals, small businesses, and large corporations. Hossain began his career in one of the largest banks in the United States. Prior to forming Tax Wise, Hossain spent 20 years in the large private sector and 12 years at a Fortune 500 company in various accounting and tax leadership positions. Hossain is also former franchisee of Liberty Tax Service.

Hossain received his Bachelor degree in Financial Management with an emphasis in Accounting and his Master degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.

Edward Schatz
Tax Specialist
Ed worked for a large Fortune 500 corporation for 49 years in the areas of Accounting, Financial Planning and Pricing. Since his retirement in 2017, Ed has worked as a Tax Specialist. He is certified by the National Alliance of Tax Preparers and has completed the IRS Annual Filing Season Program. He has a BS degree in Accounting from Salem University in Salem, WV. and an MBA in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, IL. Ed graduated from Eugenio Maria de Hostos high school in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico and attended the University of PR. He speaks Spanish and German.

Ed has been employed by Tax Wise since 2019 and currently works as a Tax Specialist.
Agnieszka has been employed by Tax Wise since 2016 as a Tax Specialist. She has over 20 years experience in the areas of accounting, payroll, and taxes for individuals and corporations. She is currently attending Palm Beach State College for accounting. She has a Master's Degree from Warsaw University specializing in Human Resource Management. She speaks Polish.

Agnieszka Glowacka
Tax Specialist
Tatiana has been employed by Tax Wise since 2019. She has over 15 years experience in the areas of accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and taxes. She has worked as a full-time comptroller / bookkeeper for various industries including yachting, auto, medical, retail, home owner's associations, technology, etc. She speaks Russian. She attended Voronezh State University.
